Sales Executive

• Interact directly with consumers and be entrusted with offering the best service possible in order to pique their interest in acquiring the provided products
• Responsible for handling the sales process, from the time of the first request to the execution of the order

Sales Supervisor

• Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate a team of automotive sales consultants to achieve individual and team sales goals
• Monitor sales pipeline, track sales activities, & ensure accurate reporting
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotions to drive sales volume and profitability
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Finance, Service, Marketing) to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Handle customer complaints & resolve issues professionally & efficiently

Sales Executive

Sales Supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in automotive sales
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Available to join as soon as possible
