Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Teach and guide students in preparing for the IELTS Academic and/or General Training test
- Develop personalized lesson plans based on students’ needs and target scores
- Deliver lessons covering all four IELTS skills: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking
- Provide practice tests, mock exams, and regular assessments
- Give clear, detailed, and constructive feedback, especially for Writing and Speaking tasks
- Monitor students’ progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Teach effective IELTS test-taking strategies and techniques
- Maintain high teaching standards in line with the institution’s guidelines
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Minimum IELTS Band 7.5
- Deep understanding of IELTS format, strategies, and band descriptors
- Min. 2 years of experience in IELTS preparation teaching
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian
- Study abroad experience is a plus
