Deskripsi Pekerjaan
English Teacher (English 1 Kelapa Gading / English 1 Cileungsi)
- Prepare and deliver lessons as assigned using the English 1 books, audio/video, apps, and other provided materials
- Maintain student and class records such as attendance, progress reports, and assessments
- Assist in the placement testing of new students
- Conduct or assist in demo (trial) lessons as assigned
- Carry out teaching-related responsibilities including but not limited to LIFE Clubs, tutorials, seminars, and presentations
- Carry out teaching-related responsibilities for marketing events such as school visits, center social events, and special campaigns
Course Consultant (English 1 Pamulang)
- Build strong rapport and trust with customers, maintain good relationships and get referrals
- Invite and consult customers on their needs and interest, and develop a suitable study plan during the consultation
- Pitch the most suitable program, achieve sales target
- Actively collaborate in marketing and sales activities outside of the center
- Other admin and operational duties and responsibilities assigned by the company or when needed
Progress Advisor (English 1 Pamulang)
- Provide parents with the latest information about the course’s description when needed (e.g. lessons discussed in class, homework, test results, etc)
- Resell English 1 core courses to customers and achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Make seasonal sales that are in accordance with customer needs to maximize progress
- Observe lessons to better understand student achievements and share those with their parents
- Carry out group, student, and parent management operations required using a CRM system
